I completely forgot to write a post last week, I don’t know about you but I’m struggling to remember what day of the week it is sometimes, never mind the date. So here’s what we’ve been doing this week.
Listening:
2 great podcasts that have certainly helped me this week are the Elizabeth Day ‘How to Fail with Mo Gawdat and Brene Brown’s podcast.
Also been listening to Andrea Bocelli’s concert from Milan and Patrick Stewart reading a sonnet a day on FaceBook.
Keeping off:
Twitter, I just find it toxic and unhelpful at the moment, be careful where you put your attention. (You thought I was going to say chocolate didn’t you)
Exercising:
I’ve been struggling a bit to motivate myself with my usual HIIT workouts, Richard is far better at keeping going than me. However each day I’ve been doing a ‘Sun Salutation’ and some box breathing, just to calm the nervous system. Speaking of which we got a great response to our calming video for children and babies, I’ve put the links on here again, please share them, the more people we can help the better.

Reading:
Just finished Matt Haigs book ‘Reasons to Stay Alive’ on the library’s Borrow Box app. Found it really thought provoking and a great insight into depression and depressive episodes. Its not all doom and gloom though, well worth a read.
Doing:
We’ve been very busy videoing ourselves and sharing health and lifestyle tips with our Clane Chiropractic Community (there’s a hashtag there somewhere) but also on social media. If you see our videos give them a like or share them so we know we’re on the right track.
Watching:
We might have watched the tiger king 😊 😊 😉 Don’t judge us.
Till next time
