Tuesday Thoughts – 6

Loving:

‘I must go down to the seas again, for the call of the running tide

Is a wild call and a clear call that may not be denied; ‘

Sea-Fever by John Masefield

I love the sea and when I’m a proper grown up 😊  I’d love to live where I can see and hear the Wild Atlantic every day. So its no wonder Im drawn to these powerful seascapes by Doolin photographer Elaine Farrell.  Here is her Instagram page to have a look for yourself.

Creating:

I’m currently creating a ‘print wall’ in our kitchen, lots of inspiring quotes and pics going up. Ill post a picture up on social media when it’s done.

Drinking:

We been adding Kefir to our morning smoothies everyday for about 4-5years. If you don’t know about this cunning little liquid of goodness you should!  Kefir is a cultured fermented drink similar to yoghurt that you can very simply culture yourself.  A tiny teaspoon of it contains probiotics that are capable of surviving in the digestive tract, aiding digestion, bolstering the immune system and helping absorb large amounts of nutrients from food. We always have spare grains so if you would like to start your own batch let us know and we’ll pass some on.

Appreciating:

The dancing daffodils in the garden. Spring is coming!!

Love bombing:

This is what our chickies are doing for Lent. Rather than giving up something, they have to do one small kind thing or say a kind thing to a different person everyday.

We’re away next week over St Patricks weekend so the next lot of #thoughts will be Tuesday 24th.

Till then agus Lá Fhéile Pádraig sona duit
