Researching:

So, with all the media hype about the Coronavirus I decided there would be no harm in researching a little around it and arm myself with the facts.  I was amazed and slightly irritated to discover the following:

Just 2.24% died out of reported cases- the majority of which were elderly or had weak immune systems.

The flu kills 60 times more people, 100 people died from the flu in Ireland in 2019 (again most had underlying health issues)

The WHO recommend regular old-fashioned handwashing with soap and good hygiene practices to protect yourself. 

Eat well, drink water, exercise and get regular chiropractic adjustments.
