Allergy Busting Smoothie

Kick start your day with this Allergy Busting Smoothie for breakfast Allergy Busting Smoothie

Ingredients 

5 cm of cucumber

Handful of spinach leaves

1 tablespoon of almonds (Leave out if you have a nut allergy)

1 tablespoon of spirulina

Half a banana

½ tablespoon of chia seeds

¼ teaspoon local honey (start with a small amount and gradually build up)

200 ml water or coconut water

 

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz.

Take with Omega 3 fish oils for your daily EPA and DHA
